CAT and Waukesha Certified
Our mechanics hold both CAT and Waukesha certifications. That means factory-level training on the platforms most commonly specified for data center standby and prime power, and the authority to service them correctly. When a unit needs attention, you are not waiting on an OEM technician to fly in. Ours are already on your site.
Electrical Construction
We self-perform electrical construction from medium voltage distribution through to fixtures and finish. Our crews handle switchgear installation, conduit and cable runs, terminations, wiring, cutting, and fixture work across the site. We coordinate the full electrical scope directly with the generator tie-in so nothing falls between subcontractors. Our Master Electrician signs off on every job.
Generator Hook-Up and Commissioning
Mechanical and electrical tie-in, controls integration, startup, load testing, and commissioning sign-off. Our CAT and Waukesha certified mechanics run the process end to end and hand over units that are documented, tested, and ready to carry the building.
Preventive Maintenance and O&M
Scheduled maintenance programs built around your equipment, runtime, and reliability targets. Oil and coolant analysis, filter and fluid service, load testing, and controls verification, with records kept clean for compliance and warranty. Comanche’s Operations and Maintenance package covers performance management, preventative maintenance, repairs, and monitoring under one agreement. Our team provides around-the-clock coverage with defined response times. Our technicians diagnose and troubleshoot in the field rather than escalating and waiting.
Natural Gas Fueling Strategies
Reliable natural gas supply is the foundation of any behind-the-meter power strategy. We manage the full fuel system scope from source to generator: gas purchase agreements, right of way acquisition, pipeline construction, regulation, filtration, and commissioning. Our team has designed and installed natural gas fuel systems in remote oilfield environments where supply reliability is non-negotiable. We bring that same discipline to data center campuses.
Managed Logistics Operations
Full warehouse operation including inventory systems, cycle counts, spares management, and issue tracking. Project teams get visibility into what is on hand and what is committed, without running a separate logistics organization to get it.
