Field Technician - Learn More

Summary

Under supervision, this role is responsible for operating natural gas pressure reduction systems and other equipment. Tasks include operating high-pressure equipment, quality testing, proper documentation, and maintaining awareness of environmental and health safety.

Candidates will be required to take basic training for onshore safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain various field equipment/ systems such as pressure reduction systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper flows, temperatures, and pressure levels.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading of trailers.
  • Organize products and maintain the cleanliness on customer site.
  • Act as a primary link for communication between operators and management and monitors inventory control measures.
  • Bring any issues to the attention of management.
  • Adhere to required Company Trainings, Policies, and Procedures.

Experience, Skills, and Characteristics

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2 years of oilfield or related experience preferred
  • Passionate about reliability and safety – customer obsessed
  • Candidate will be required to do heavy lifting
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems with guidance
  • Will complete work in a competent and timely manner
  • Capable of following instructions from immediate supervisor

CDL Driver - Learn More

Summary

The CDL Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and  personnel to and from various oilfield locations.

Candidates will be required to take basic training for onshore safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, tankers, and  specialized oilfield equipment, to transport materials, tools, and personnel to designated  oilfield sites. 
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning,  cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. 
  • Secure loads using approved methods, such as strapping, chaining, or tarping, to prevent  shifting or damage during transit. 
  • Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating  vehicles on public roads and within oilfield premises. 
  • Monitor vehicle performance, report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the  appropriate personnel, and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure,  fluid levels, and lights. 
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload materials and equipment using appropriate tools,  machinery, and lifting techniques. 
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to  coordinate schedules, routes, and job requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary  documentation as required by company policies and regulatory agencies. 
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal  protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and  requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance  knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Experience, Skills, and Characteristics

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past five years.
  • Proven experience as a CDL Driver, preferably in oilfield services or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with oilfield equipment and materials commonly transported in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent driving skills, including the ability to operate vehicles in challenging terrain and adverse weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and securing loads.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Electronics Technician - Learn More

Summary
The Electronic Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing of electronics on company equipment, using a multimeter and other tools.

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities

● Troubleshoot and repair of electronic systems on all company equipment with little to
no supervision.
● Troubleshoot and install network equipment with supervision.
● Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
● Knowledge of software and adapters used to program, calibrate and troubleshoot
electronic sensors and equipment.
● Perform instrumentation PMs and maintain accurate records for equipment.
● Assist in training of field personnel on troubleshooting and operating control systems.
● Assist shop personnel in installation and troubleshooting of electronics on company
equipment.
● Build and repair cables as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and work under varying degrees of pressure.
● Ability to travel 85+% of time.

Minimum Education and Experience

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas or related industry, with a
strong background in electronics.

Physical Requirements

● Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
● Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
● Driving for extended periods
● Wearing appropriate PPE (respirator, hearing protection, eye protection, hard hat,
etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.71 – $27.35 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
