Kasey Noles
President
Kasey Noles brings decades of operational experience in the Texas Oil and Gas arena. His knowledge in people, equipment, vendors, and implementation led him to his current position as President of Comanche Gas Solutions. He specializes in oilfield services, manufacturing design, and economic feasibility analysis. Kasey began his career in Oil and Gas as Operations Manager for numerous large scale saltwater disposal logistics and well design projects. Eventually he consulted on horizontal drilling and completion operations for producers and private equity companies in the Permian, Haynesville, Barnett, Marcellus, and Eagle Ford basins. He led the Sales and Business Development division for a Oil and Gas startup that focused on natural gas conditioning equipment for power generation over the course of three years, where he found the need to reduce hydraulic fracturing companies’ reliance on diesel.
Greg Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Greg Brown serves as Chief Executive Officer for Comanche Gas Solutions. He has launched products showcased by ProFrac Services, Rockcliff Energy, L’Oreal, NBC Universal Studios, and Northwestern University. With experience on the product side, Greg has supported clients throughout North America shale plays with technology enabled solutions that drive value for the end-user.
He is a former engineer and entrepreneur. He has also served as a Senior Scientist for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) funded technology company. Greg collaborates with multidisciplinary teams that help businesses tackle their most pressing needs. Through his work, he has linked strategy and execution to align firms’ networks around shared objectives.
He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. He is an author of a scientific journal publication featured in Advanced Functional Materials and inventor on two United States patents.
Mike Hill
Vice President of Business Development
Mike Hill has been in the Oil and Gas industry for the past 14 years focused on lease acquisition, land consulting, contract negotiations, and right-of-way. Prior to entering the Oil and Gas industry, Mr. Hill worked in the finance industry for 11 years, serving as the Regional Vice President for a large Texas mortgage bank. Throughout his experience in Oil and Gas, finance, and management, Mike has developed a broad understanding of business principles and financial acumen. His operational experience in the Texas Oil and Gas industry has aided in developing many long term relationships with individuals and various companies throughout the energy sector. Mr. Hill received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas in 1984.
Michael J. Brown
Partner
Michael J. Brown founded Comanche Gas Solutions in 2019. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Euronet Worldwide Chief Executive Officer. He is actively involved in Comanche’s operations while overseeing the strategy, financial performance and the growth of the business across all markets.
Mr. Brown is an accomplished entrepreneur with 30 years of combined experience in the computer software and electronic payments business. In 1979, he founded Innovative Software, which merged in 1988 with Informix, a leading provider of advanced database software technology. During his time at Informix, he served as president and chief operating officer as well as president of the workstation products division. Annual revenues of Informix grew from $70 million to $170 million by the time Mr. Brown left the company in 1990. In 1993, he was a founding investor of Visual Tools, a company that writes and markets component software for the growing Visual Basic and Visual C++ developer market. Sybase Software acquired Visual Tools in 1996.
Mr. Brown received a Master of Science in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1979.
